The secret to our success has always been teamwork. Over the years, our firm has been home to more than a thousand lawyers, trainees, and administrative staff.
At Sarı & Kılıç, the majority of our management team consists of lawyers who have been part of our team since their traineeship years. Each of our team leaders, who are specialists in their respective fields, supports our junior lawyers on theoretical and practical matters, while our open-door policy enables the development of professional experience.
In addition to our lawyers and trainees, our firm has support staff including legal assistants, administrative and financial personnel, human resources, information technology, secretarial staff, courthouse teams, field teams, and enforcement follow-up officers.

Legal Trainees
Candidates for legal traineeship may submit their applications to our firm through this page. Applications must be submitted by the end of May each year.
Trainees accepted for legal traineeship will take an active role under the supervision of team leaders in preparing petitions and contracts, attending meetings, following up on proceedings before judicial and administrative authorities, and, where deemed appropriate in the second half of the traineeship, attending hearings before Civil and Enforcement Courts.
Trainees who complete their traineeship at Sarı & Kılıç Law Partnership will, as they have for more than thirty-six years, begin their professional careers as distinguished lawyers equipped with the necessary skills and confidence.
Summer Interns
Law students who have completed their third year may submit their summer internship applications to our firm through this page. Applications must be submitted by the end of May each year.
Summer interns accepted into the programme work alongside team leaders on in-office and courthouse matters. This gives them the opportunity to experience the profession and practice, and to explore their areas of professional interest.
Having completed a summer internship at our firm provides an advantage in the evaluation of legal traineeship applications.
