Hüseyin Sarı began his legal career in 1987 as legal counsel to a leading bank, serving within the bank's legal department until 1990. Building on the practical experience he gained in the banking sector, he co-founded Sarı & Kılıç Law Firm with Semra Sarı in 1990. Since then, as a Founding Partner, he has continued to provide clients with litigation and legal advisory services.
With extensive experience in debt recovery and receivables management in the banking and finance sector, Hüseyin Sarı played an active role in the establishment and development of the external legal counsel model for banks' debt recovery operations in Türkiye. He has contributed to the structuring and implementation of legal processes relating to receivables management for banks and financial institutions since the early years of this practice.
Drawing on more than 35 years of professional experience, Hüseyin Sarı has advised many of Türkiye's leading banks, financial institutions, and numerous domestic and international companies. His practice encompasses banking and finance law, corporate and commercial law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, the law of obligations, real estate law, and landlord and tenant law. He regularly represents clients in commercial disputes, enforcement proceedings, and complex litigation before the Turkish courts.
In addition to his litigation practice, Hüseyin Sarı provides ongoing legal counsel to companies in relation to their day-to-day business operations. His work includes advising on the legal framework of commercial relationships, identifying and managing legal risks, and assisting clients with the drafting, review, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements. He also advises on legal matters arising from commercial leasing arrangements and corporate real estate transactions.
Hüseyin Sarı represents both domestic and international clients before the courts of first instance, the regional appellate courts, and the Court of Cassation. He has extensive experience in managing complex commercial disputes involving banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients, particularly in matters relating to debt recovery, commercial litigation, and commercial real estate. He continues to provide strategic legal advice and effective representation tailored to his clients' commercial objectives.
