Cansu Sarı, LL.M. is an Associate at Sarı & Kılıç Attorneys at Law. She advises domestic and international clients on corporate law, investment matters, domestic and international commercial law, and commercial contracts. Her practice includes the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as advising on legal matters arising from domestic and cross-border commercial transactions. She also provides legal support to companies in connection with their day-to-day commercial operations.
In addition, she handles the recovery and management of corporate and financial receivables, disputes arising under enforcement and bankruptcy law, financial leasing transactions, secured claims, and restructuring processes, including the conduct of related litigation and enforcement proceedings. In this capacity, she represents domestic and international clients before judicial and enforcement authorities in commercial disputes.
She holds an LL.M. in International Business and Trade Law from Fordham University School of Law, which she completed cum laude, and is admitted to the New York State Bar.
