Bengü Küçük is an attorney at Sarı & Kılıç Attorneys at Law. She joined the firm during her legal traineeship in December 2000 and has continued her practice following her admission to the bar.
Her practice focuses on the recovery and management of receivables of banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients; disputes arising from financial leasing transactions; and matters of enforcement and bankruptcy law, the law of obligations, and commercial law. She is actively involved in litigation and enforcement proceedings in these areas.
Ms. Küçük completed her LL.M. thesis entitled “The Procedure for Criminal Investigation and Prosecution of Attorneys” at Istanbul Kültür University; the thesis was subsequently published as a book. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Public Law and also has significant experience in cases arising from administrative law and criminal law.
