Aysu Sarı, LL.M. is admitted to the Istanbul Bar (2022) and the New York Bar (2025). Her practice focuses on corporate law, commercial law, international commercial transactions, contract law, and litigation and dispute resolution. After earning her LL.B. from Koç University Faculty of Law, she completed her LL.M. at Fordham University School of Law with honors, concentrating in International Dispute Resolution and U.S. Law. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial disputes, corporate advisory, data protection and privacy law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, and consumer law, and represents clients in litigation. She is fluent in Turkish and English.
